Vintage Long Sleeve Blue and White Floral Print Dress

Here is an adorable long sleeve dress from the 70s/80s. 100% polyester and made in the USA. Cutest little white flowers printed on a rich dark blue background. Pleating down the front of the blouse section and a nice ruffle feature at the collar and cuffs. Zippered back, elastic waist with just a little elasticity left. Matching and removable cloth belt. It's light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 16, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses).
