Vintage Long Sleeve Floral and Polka Dot Dress

This is a super cool long sleeve dress from the 70s. Feels like all polyester. Dark blue background with bold red floral print at the bottom, polka dot design and white/light blue striping on the rest. Ruffles at the cuff and a matching removable cloth belt. There is a little life left in the elastic waist. The fabric is light weight, thin, and fairly sheer. It's soft and comfy, and in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 16, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
