Vintage Long Sleeve Dress by Scott McClintock

This is a wonderful long sleeve dress from the 80s by Scott McClintock. 100% rayon, and made in the USA. Dark blue, velvet feel fabric with a gorgeous white lacey applique on the front. Slight puff with pads at the shoulder, zippered back with two buttons at the top.  It is medium weight, soft and comfy. The bottom of the two buttons at the back of the collar is missing. It's in otherwise excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 6, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
