Here is a beautiful 3/4 sleeve dress by Jane Baar New York. It feels like 100% polyester. Beautiful black with white/gray flowers on top. Ruffle at waist gives it a two piece look. Also a ruffle at the collar, and a keyhole tie. Here are the exact measurements.
