Vintage Long Sleeve Dress by Hal Hardin

This is a super cool long sleeve dress from the 70s/80s by Hal Hardin. 100% rayon, and made in the USA. Lovely paisley pattern in browns, blues, and red. Zippered back, pleated skirt section, matching belt, shoulder pads present. There is elastic at the waist, but it has lost some of it's tension. The fabric is light weight and fairly sheer. It's soft and comfy, and in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 16, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
