Vintage Long Sleeve Blue and White Polka Dot Dress

Here is a fun and funky dress. Light blue background with playful white dots all over. It's most likely all or mostly polyester. Sort of a 3/4 length sleeve. White button on each cuff, but none at the front, so keep that in mind! Hidden button on each hip. The waist is elastic, so there will be some give in that measurement.
