Vintage Long Sleeve Blue and White Floral Dress

Here is a gorgeous long sleeve dress. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Sheer blue fabric with soft white floral design throughout. Sewn in purple underlayer on top and bottom, though it's still slightly sheer. Pleated skirt section, peekaboo shoulders with ties, fifteen inch zipper down the back, and a matching removable belt.
