Vintage Long Sleeve Blue and White Dress

This is a wonderful long sleeve maxi dress from the 70s. It feels like mostly or all polyester. The blouse section is a beautiful lace-y floral design in light blue and white. There is an off white under layer behind the lace. The skirt section is a matching blue. Zippered back, matching removable cloth belt, and an empire waist. This one is medium weight and very well made. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 16 1/2, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
