Vintage Hand Made Sleeveless Dress from the 1970s

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 70s. Most likely all polyester. My grandmother made this for my mother in the 70s, and she did an excellent job. My mother said she never wore it, and it's been hanging in her attic for decades. Super cool fabric with belt sewn in. It's thin, light weight, slightly sheer, soft and comfy.
