Vintage Floral Print Hand Made Skirt from the 1970s/80s

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s or 80s. Feels like a blend of synthetic fabrics, and it looks to be handmade. Wonderfully bold floral print on the fabric, elastic at the waist. Light weight, thin, sheer, soft and comfy. The maker had one stretch of rough stitching (see pic 4) but it's in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:

Waist: 16" (elastic here stretches to about 25")

Hips: 30"
