Vintage Duke University Hoodie Sweatshirt by The Cotton Exchange

Here is a great vintage hoodie from the 90s by The Cotton Exchange. 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester, and made in the USA. Black fabric with textured graphic on the front in blue and white. Drawstring hood and one pocket on the front. It's medium weight, super soft and comfy, and in amazing condition with tons of life left! The tag says Small, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (refer to the last pic above to see how I measure shirts)
