Vintage Denim Skirt by Pizzazz

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s/80s by Pizzazz. Most likely all cotton. Perfect blue denim with yellow stitching. Zipper and button close on the front, with a pocket on each hip. Five inch slit up the middle of the front and back. Medium weight, soft and comfy. There is a small rip on the back at the top of the waist (see pic 4). Should not affect daily wear, also a convenient spot to fix. It's in otherwise like new condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:
