Vintage Child Size Turtle Neck by Billy the Kid

Here is a wonderful long sleeve turtle neck from the 70s by Billy the kid. It feels like a blend of cotton and polyester. Light blue shirt with corduroy stripe accents on the front and sleeves. The turtle neck is ribbed. Medium light weight, soft, comfy, and in amazing condition with tons of life left! The tag says Size 10, but here are the measurements taken laying flat (please refer to the last pic to see how I measure sweaters)
