Vintage Button Down Denim Shirt by Bob Mackie

Here is a super cool vintage top from the 90s by Bob Mackie. 100% cotton. Denim shirt with velvety feel embroidered designs on the front. Seven gold buttons down the front, one on each cuff, yellow stitching accents, and four inch slits up each side from the bottom.  Fairly heavy weight, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. The tag says Medium, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (refer to the last pic above to see how I measure shirts)
