Vintage Brown Pants by JC Penney

Here is an amazing pair of vintage pants from the 1970s by JC Penney. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Light brown color with a decoratively buttoned pocket on each hip, and pleated back. Fairly light weight, soft and comfy. They are in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:
