Vintage Brown Pants

Here is an amazing pair of vintage pants. The tags are gone, so I'm not sure who to thank for these. They feel like pure polyester. Dark brown fabric with greats lines and shape. A few pills and pulls here and there. These pants are light weight and super comfy, and in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:
