Vintage Blue Puppy Shorts

Here is a great pair of vintage shorts. 78% cotton, 22% polyester, and made in the USA. Medium blue shorts with white trim and an adorable little dog on the front left. Three's Company vibes for days! Not a ton of stretch left in the elastic at the waist. They are in otherwise excellent condition with years of life left. The tag says Large, but here are the measurements taken laying flat:
