Vintage Blue Polka Dot Short Sleeve Dress by Just Ducky

Here is a playful yet elegant short sleeve dress by Just Ducky. Actually, I guess it's more of a 3/4 length sleeve. It was made in the USA. It's 100% polyester. It's a rich navy blue, with white polka dots. It also has 3 white buttons on each shoulder, and a keyhole one button closure on the back. Classic and fun!
