Vintage Blue and White Polka Dot Long Sleeve Dress

Here is an amazing long sleeve dress. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Dark blue with white polka dots throughout. Twenty inch zipper down the front. Wonderful shape to this dress. It's thin, sheer, soft and comfy. There is about a two inch section of seam that has come undone on the waist just to the wearer's right of the zipper (see pic 4). Easy fix for someone handy like that. It's in otherwise excellent condition with tons of life left. Here are the measurements taken laying flat.
