Plaid Skirt by Kayo of California Size 2 NEVER WORN

Hard to believe no one ever wore this delightful little gem. It's a plaid skirt with white, pink, lavender, and orange stripes. Fabric is 40% polyester, 30% wool, 25% acrylic, and 5% other. Made in the USA of fabric from Italy. No lining. No pockets. Original sale tags are still attached. Tag says it's a size 9, but it runs very small as most vintage clothing does. I'd say it's a size 2 but here are the dimensions taken laying flat:
