Amazing Vintage Short Sleeve Red Dress by Willi of California

Here is a smart looking short sleeve dress by Willi of California. 65% poly, 35% cotton, and made in the USA. Muted red dress with a sophisticated and attractive shape to it. Nine black (or super dark blue) buttons run the length of the front. Faux buttoned pocket on each breast. Smallish shoulder pads included but easily removed. Sharp dark blue stitching throughout, and a POCKET ON EACH HIP! Matching belt. This one is in amazing shape, with years of life left! The tag says 14, but here are the exact measurements.
